In case you want to return or replace a product you bought from the e-shop, you should first inform the store and then follow the relevant instructions that will be given to you.

Conditions and product return process

The returned products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by their accompanying items (receipt of payment or invoice and consignment note) must not have been damaged or altered which change the condition in which they were sent, otherwise the return will not be is accepted! 

In case the product that the customer wants to return is defective, ie any defect is not the fault of the customer, but a proven fault of the e-shop, and after the customer has first contacted the store within 14 days, then the company, in consultation with the customer, is obliged, as the case may be, to:

  • to repair the defect  
  • replace it with the same or another product of the customer's choice
  • to return the money
  • Shipping and cash on delivery costs (in case the method of payment was cash on delivery) are borne by the store which is obliged to reimburse the costs to the customer in a way that will arise after consultation with him.

In the event that the product that the customer wishes to return is not defective and any damage or damage is the fault of the customer or the product has been purchased with a special offer, then the company is not obliged to accept the return of the product.

He is obliged to accept the return of the product, only in case of withdrawal of the purchase, provided that its condition is perfect and within 14 days from the purchase.

Exceptions to withdrawal

There is NO retreat: when the products have been used, as their use clearly goes beyond the normal examination of the product to determine its nature, characteristics and function, as it would take place in a physical store, making the product second hand.
